Chinese Butts

doll said - "...Chinese women (who can feel a stigma about being slim butted)..."
Really? I never thought that would be the case.
I've heard of Chinese women complaining about having short legs but never about having a small butt.
The Chinese have a long recorded history of their culture and accomplishments.
Why would they feel any stigma over a phenotypical trait that doesn't seem to be inherent in their region?

Maybe it's because Pear Shaped Women seem to be better protected against Type 2 Diabetes.

And with the introduction of the American Diet into so many cultures, that protection seems to be more and more necessary.

Butt (sic) this trend doesn't seem to be endemic to the Chinese women.
Big butts are in (So long as it doesn't come with a matching gut.).

The picture of the woman is rare? I think they have flat butts too! In fact me and my boys used to call them Negative asses because they seemed to slope inwards. What happened to the stairmaster the natural and safe way to grow a nice plum buttocks!

I'm glad it's healthy but like the article said shapely bottoms are usually associated with a lower class darker race. Somehow it has changed that stereotype for the better and now there is a plus in health too.

@ FreeMan - Yeah... I thought women would be upset about the post above - but there are always (at least)two sides to the same issue.

There are modern young Chinese women who suffer from this stigma due to the westernization of the media. Like all women they absorb the very powerful messages put out that tell us how we should look.

I've been thinking about this photo and a couple of things come to mind.

1 - the power of photoshop
2 - saline butt inplants

The arms look real though.
