I wonder what would happen if a man had to live his whole life under such conditions... and if such conditions were supported by the government and public institutions?

Although I'm pretty tired of the "Race is King" mantra usually put forward by past and current polemics, race-relations (and the improvement of such) is always a good topic of civilized conversation. I've been called "Uncle-Tom" more times than I've been called "N-----". When I volunteer at the local Habitat for Humanity, I'm often the only black working who's not trying to get a house. When I volunteer at the local shelter, I'm usually the only black on the giving end. Something is wrong or deficient with Black-culture (as it is practiced today). Don't say that I don't know the ghetto, I'm originally from the ghetto. My ghetto-pass wasn't pulled, like my middle school I.D., it expired. I graduated. Now, I say middle school because too many blacks haven't graduated from high school. (Detroit, anybody ?) Please feel free to bring up any topic but please refrain from misusing epithets and downgrading others. Thank you, UBJ

The great scientist in the sky or in the government would create the prison industrial complex to profit off of the conditions created.
It's funny as this guy probably is popularly thought of as snapping but if he actually grew up rough conditions he would just be prone to violence huh?
I think that's what the problem is UBJ, some people do live their whole lives under such conditions. I'm willing to bet this guy did. This is what it breeds.
That's just it John, the people in power never seem to acknowledge the conditions that they've created and just how it makes people react.
They're like neutered dogs, they just don't get it.
How come White people don't know how to run when someone breaks out the strap? They were all kind of just sitting and moving all slow even after dude started busting caps.
