Her choice of styles seem to reflect an almost inherent trait among those of African decent.Even the muscled and threatening Predator seems more "Black" than alien.

are you suggesting that elements in hollywood are engaged in a bit of imagistic memetic engineering with their depiction of the predator?

the predator one was funny....i rock braids all the time, mostly because i'm lazy though.

@ SeeNew - It just seems odd that the AVP movie seems to suggest a (not so) subtle type of image manipulation regarding the human-like qualities of each alien.
(I don't even remember which one wins at the end of the film.)
It may not even be intentional but I do think certain people can identify more with one than the other.
