"Men can look attractive when they are dirty.", Bishop Eddie Long says in his 1997 book I don't Want Delilah, I Need You!, "We see sweaty, dirty, hardworking men on television all the time ans we say to one another,'There is a macho guy.'".
I initially read this as a message to women to be more feminine and to avoid lesbianism - but on further review, maybe Eddie was speaking for himself.

No one would blame this pack of dogs for sniffing around  if Lady Gaga walked into their kennel wearing her infamous meat dress.

I'm not saying that 'harassing" a woman is acceptable under any conditions - but how did Ines expect the testosterone abundant Jets to react?

A Snap Judgement

Really?
Is it that hard to understand?
When a guy judges you on your excessive weight - he is just making a snap judgement on the likelihood of you being healthy.
It is more than just an aesthetic preference.
Judging a woman by her weight is the same as judging her by the quality of her hair ("Natural" and "Nappy" are not the same thing. Who wants a girl whose hair always looks like Buckwheat's?), or the condition of her skin, or the color of her teeth.
Lacking healthy a appearance only diminishes ones chances of finding a mate.
(Although some faults can be compensated for by other positive traits.)
Even if a guy doesn't know it himself - when he judges you by your weight he is really judging you by your level of fitness.

Most women are not this fat - but many are.

The ideal American woman is not one who is too fat.

Nor is she too thin.

Models are nice too look at in their clothes - but what guy wants to reproduce with a hanger?

Tom Robinson Did It

Blame an unknown Black guy, it's an easy out.

From Bonnie Sweeten and Susan Smith blaming 'Tom Robinson' for kidnapping them and their children, to Ashley Todd blaming the same guy for carving an Etruscan "B" on her face, to Sgt. Robert Ralston claiming that Tom had shot him as well - now we find out that Bethany Storro would go to any length to get attention... by blaming Tom Robinson.

Looks like Atticus Finch is going to be a busy man.

And Nicole Brown Simpson... umm.. err.. welll...,
maybe she could make such a claim.

Stop Lying

Admit it - you wish you were more fit.
You wish you could lose those extra pounds.
You don't really want someone to change to rules to make it so that your fat is the new Western model of beauty.
You don't really want to be accepted as a fat person - in reality you don't even accept yourself.
The big girls always say that they want to be judged by traits other than their girth - but they judge themselves by their weight as well,
Mo"Nique, Star Jones, Oprah and Sherri Shepherd all wanted us to say that they were an acceptable model of beauty in America.
But each has never really accepted herself.
Each has gone on starvation diets, had surgery or have begun exercise programs in an effort to alter their weight.
I have nothing against big girls - my only problem is with big girls who lie.
