Aspirational?

One of my friends is developing a neighborhood which caters to aspirational Blacks in the small town in which I currently live.
What's the name of the main street in the development?
"Yassmine Dior".
Sounds like the name of a stripper at the Player's Club to me.

  1. Lol, that's probably the name of the developer's daughter. Don't you think?

  2. dayyum...,

John, I expect you to stop that development by.any.means.necessary - permitted to go to completion, that mokey jokey promises to set us back a good 80 years on a nationwide basis.

Is Tyler Perry involved with funding it?

  3. @ Val -
    Yassmine - Yes.
    Dior - Nope.

@ SeeNew - The thing is, no one is building in that neighborhood because the street names sound too ghetto for even the acquisitive.
    TP? LMBAO.

  5. Man someone is actually putting together ghetto fabulous in reality. I'm interested to see what this area will look like.

Yassmine Dior I thought I was in Philly and you were trying to say Ya-Mean!

Ay send me pictures of how this goes down because although I think it's funny if it works it's something to be understood about the psyche of people.

  6. By your comments it looks like the Chinese want to invest.
A play on Christian Dior perhaps? BEcause we all know brand names are what we should be spiring toward. So instead of Dubois Ave or Douglas Drive, you get Malik Lauren Lane and Shanikwa Gabana Cir.
