It seems that Australian phone company Telstra has beaten many to the punch.
Wanna' make a few billion?
Start a HomeText (SMS) company here in the States.
We're partway there... we have this part already:

I shut off my home phone.. It was just money wasted.
UBJ~I think we have this already. I saw commercials this weekend for the Verizon Hub. Is that the same thing?

ReplyDeleteYeah, it (Verizon Hub) seems to be the only way home phone service will still make any sense (unless it's already bundled with your cable/internet service).
