Wow! That sounds urgent and a dangerous situation for the homes!
Has it seriously gotten that bad there already?
Has the civic braintrust called for rationing on yard watering or anything of that nature, or is their water tapped from a non-rainfall effected source?
Yeah, I hear lakes are drying up in Texas. That's pretty bad.
