True Happiness

Is true happiness only acquired through the act of creation?

    "True" happiness,hmmmmmmm,?

    I don't think so, there are many forms, types of happiness and all of them are "true"

    Maybe the act of 'creating' something is a more intense, or 'happier' happiness?
