The thing about "knowledge" is that it is not always the right season.
Nature is designed this way.
Most seeds remain dormant until optimal conditions arise which reminds the seed that it is time to germinate.
But some seeds can remain dormant for up to fifty years.
This is also the case with ideas, concepts, and even knowledge.
Most people are concerned with the superfluous, with things which do not really matter, or with things which may not be in their best long-term interests.
But some people see beyond the warm spell in the middle of the Winter season.
Some people don't fall for the Okie-doke.
Some people understand what is true.
These are those who are usually scorned and mocked as being foolish.
These are those who retain stronger, more true knowledge and hold that until the real growing season occurs.
I agree! Sort of like "when the pupil is ready, the teacher appears".
ReplyDeleteOn another vein, I wanted to ask you if you know why Val from Commentary by Val isn't posting anymore?
Val? She moved and is probably adjusting to her new life.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I had no idea. Hope she comes back soon!
ReplyDeleteWell the early bird gets the worm but when it comes to knowledge and opportunity the early bird gets the monopoly.
ReplyDeleteThe truth of the matter is only a few people have vision the rest of the people support the vision of the visionary.
