What You Don't Know...

I just finished a one-day remodel on an old beauty salon from which the owner gave me six padded Eames shell chairs from the fifties.
Sure, I had to spend $18.00 ($3.00 each set) for those little plastic things on the bottom of the legs.
Resale price on e-bay?
$250,00-$650.00.

    One man's junk is another man's treasure. Especially when you know the Trick holding them doesn't know what they have!

    I need your hunting skills. I have been in need of two lounge chairs for my livingroom and can't seem to find either the appropriate funds, or the appropriate fool.

    The thing is - they paid me to do the update of their store.
    When I pointed out that I liked the chairs the woman gave them to me.
    When I pointed out that they were classics she still didn't care.
    After feeling bad for her lack of knowledge, I took the chairs.
