Good Eats

When Yang Liwei described his space meals as containing dog meat I had to cringe.
But thinking about it, maybe those in India feel the same way about others who eat beef.
"No kid, you gotta' cook it first."
I always thought that Asians eating dogs was some sort of stereotype - an Urban Myth.
Come to think of it - there was an Asian guy in my hometown who owned a Bar-B-Que restaurant which was right next door to his pet shop.

  6. slow roasting in a pit is the key to a fall.off.the.bone.tender long pig - oh that and - thoroughly oil and salt the carcass, dust heavily with cayenne pepper and stuff fully with lemons, onions, and garlic.

Wrap from head to toe in green banana leaves and then into the hot damp straw on the bed of coals - more damp straw on top of that and let it sit for about 10 hours.

    mmm,mmm,mmm.,
