Yah, ignorance is an equal opportunity trait and everyone can do stupid.
Almost everyone has seen the story of the kid who stole his grandmama's car and just went ridin'.
Sure, the 'hood (or trailer park) is a valid lifestyle - it's just not desirable (by most).
