The Hollywood Effect

With the high cost of living, smog, crime, wildfires, earthquakes and other social problems - Californians have been leaving the state for places like Colorado, Nevada and the South.
Did these recent immigrants effect your local (and our national) elections?

  1. it's definitely something to think about. Although I'm sure none of them migrated to Mississippi :(

  2. Alot of my friends parents are from the south and they got up and left because the housing is cheaper. I have friends who have relocated to Houston, ATL and Norfolk so I think you have a point. The average house in Compton costs about 250K and that's in the hood hood so the idea of a house for 100K is worth the move. Now if they only can take the SO. CAL weather to the South I'll move to.
